This page explains how to request deletion of your RasBazar personal data, including data RasBazar received when you used Facebook Login (Meta) to sign in. Meta asks apps that use Facebook Login to provide a public data deletion instructions URL. This is that page.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@rasbazar.com with the subject line RasBazar data deletion request.
In the email, include:
- The email address and/or phone number linked to your RasBazar account or order.
- Your full name as shown on the account or order, if you know it.
- What you want deleted, for example:
- your entire RasBazar account;
- Facebook Login / Meta-linked information only; or
- specific personal information you name in the email.
- If you used Facebook Login, write clearly that you signed in to RasBazar with Facebook.
If you cannot email us, call or message WhatsApp 01410644833 (+880 1410-644833) and ask for a data deletion request. Send only what is needed to identify your account. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers, or identity documents with your first message.
2. Verification and processing time
RasBazar support handles every request manually. Before we delete or change data, we may contact you on the registered email or phone to confirm you control the account. Tell us if you no longer have access to that contact method.
After we verify ownership, we review your request and reply with:
- which information we can delete;
- whether any information must be kept temporarily (and why); and
- the expected completion time.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases (open orders, refunds, or legal holds) may take longer; we will say so in our reply. You may use the same email or WhatsApp number to ask for a status update. Quote any reference number we give you.
3. Data covered by a deletion request
Depending on what you ask for and what we hold, a request may cover:
- account profile details (name, email, phone, saved addresses);
- Facebook Login data stored by RasBazar (for example Facebook user ID, name, email, profile picture, and the link between your Facebook identity and your RasBazar account, where provided);
- marketing preferences and shopper interest signals tied to your account; and
- personal information you sent in support messages.
Deleting an account ends access to that account. It does not automatically cancel an active order or finish an unpaid refund. Some order, payment, delivery, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be retained for a limited period under applicable law or to complete a transaction. If retention applies, support will explain what is kept and why. This page does not promise instant or fully automated deletion.
4. Disconnect Facebook Login on Meta’s side
You can also remove RasBazar from Facebook:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites (or Business integrations).
- Select RasBazar and remove or revoke access.
Removing the Facebook connection stops future Facebook Login sharing. It does not by itself delete data already stored on RasBazar. To delete that data, follow section 1 above. RasBazar cannot delete your Facebook account or data that Meta holds independently.
5. Cookies and local browser data
Clear RasBazar cookies in your browser settings, and adjust cookie preferences on the website if a banner is shown. Clearing cookies does not delete your RasBazar account or order history on our servers.
